User Obligations
The user of any functionality, feature or service offered by or through Brokenaxe agrees and undertakes to hold oneself responsible for the use, in any way whatsoever, of any functionality, feature or service offered on www.brokenaxe.com.
The user agrees and undertakes to
(a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about himself or herself whenever required.
(b) promptly update or complete any information that might have changed.
If the user provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, www.brokenaxe.com shall have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.
Should such issues occur Brokenaxe have the right to suspend or terminate at its own discretion the user's access to the portal and if appropriate take any legal action as may be pertinent at Law.
